Whether your teenager plays recreationally or is looking to compete, our coaching helps them build confidence and reach their potential on court.\nBut what makes our teen tennis coaching different?\nAs players mature, the focus shifts beyond technique alone. Sessions are designed to develop tactical awareness, physical movement, mental resilience, and decision-making, helping teenagers become more complete and confident players.\nThis programme helps teenagers:\n\nRefine technique and improve shot consistency\nDevelop tactical awareness and smarter match play\nIncrease confidence, fitness, and court movement\nPrepare for competitive tennis or lifelong enjoyment of the game\n\n\nSo, who is this course for?\nThis class is perfect for teenagers aged 13–17 who have previous tennis experience through:\n\nJunior tennis coaching programmes\nGroup coaching sessions\nPrivate tennis lessons\nSchool or club tennis\n\nPlayers joining this group will already be familiar with:\n\nGroundstrokes, volleys, serves, and overheads\nFootwork and court positioning\nRallying and point construction\nTennis scoring and match play\n\nIf your teenager is slightly younger or older but plays to this standard, we’re happy to assess them and recommend the most appropriate group.\n\nWhat to Expect on the Course\nEach session combines:\n\nDynamic warm-ups and movement training\nTechnical coaching and stroke development\nAdvanced drills to improve consistency and accuracy\nTactical coaching and match strategy\nCompetitive games and supervised match play\nIndividual coaching and feedback to accelerate improvement\n\nOur goal is to create an enjoyable and challenging environment where teenagers can continue to develop their technical ability, tactical understanding, confidence, and love of the game while preparing for competitive tennis or simply becoming stronger, more capable players.\nNot sure if this class is the right fit for your teenager?
