Whether your teenager plays recreationally or is working towards competitive tennis, our experienced coaches will help them continue their development on court.\nWho is this course for?\nThis class is perfect for teenagers aged 13–17 who have previous tennis experience through:\n\nJunior coaching programmes\nGroup tennis lessons\nPrivate coaching\nSchool or club tennis\n\nPlayers should already be confident with:\n\nForehands, backhands, volleys and serves\nRallying consistently\nCourt positioning and movement\nBasic match play and scoring\n\nIf your teenager is slightly younger or older but plays to this standard, we’re happy to assess them for the most suitable group.\nWhat to Expect\nEach weekly session includes:\n\nDynamic warm-ups\nTechnical coaching\nFootwork and movement training\nTactical drills and game scenarios\nCompetitive point play\nIndividual coaching and feedback\n\nOur goal is to help teenagers become stronger, more confident players while developing the technical, tactical and mental skills needed for lifelong enjoyment of tennis or competitive play.\nNot sure if this is the right group?
