This stage focuses on refining technique while introducing more advanced tactics and decision-making.\nThis programme helps children:\n\nDevelop consistent and controlled groundstrokes\nImprove serving, returning and net play\nBuild tactical awareness and point construction\nIncrease confidence in competitive match play\nPrepare for the transition to Yellow Ball Tennis\n\nSo, who is this course for?\nThis class is perfect for children aged 10–12 who have completed Green Ball coaching or have equivalent playing experience through:\n\nGreen Ball coaching programmes\nGroup tennis lessons\nPrivate coaching\nSchool or club tennis\n\nPlayers joining this class will already be confident with:\n\nForehands, backhands, volleys and serves\nRallying consistently on a full-sized court\nFootwork and court positioning\nTennis scoring and match play\nBasic tactical awareness\n\nIf your child is slightly younger or older but plays to this standard, we’re happy to assess them and recommend the most appropriate group.\nWhat to Expect in the Course\nEach session combines:\n\nDynamic warm-up activities\nTechnical coaching and stroke refinement\nAdvanced movement and footwork training\nTactical drills and point construction\nCompetitive match-play scenarios\nIndividual coaching and performance feedback\n\nOur goal is to help every player develop the technical, tactical and mental skills needed to transition confidently to Yellow Ball Tennis while continuing to enjoy the game and fulfil their potential.\nNot sure if this class is the right level for your child?
