Whether you’ve never picked up a racket before or want to refresh your skills, our friendly and supportive coaching sessions provide the perfect place to start.
These are pay-as-you-play drop-in coaching sessions, giving you the flexibility to attend whenever it suits your schedule. There are no long-term commitments—simply book the sessions you want and enjoy learning tennis at your own pace.

What to Expect
Each session combines:
- Fun warm-up activities

- Forehand, backhand, volley and serve development
- Footwork and movement training
- Rally-based drills and game situations
